
Sorry for the run-on sentences, I tried to fix some of them lol. It did look pretty good when I did set it with powder consistently as a teen but I’m trying to move away from that as I get older in preparation for inevitable fine lines, because I know the easy way to deal with those is to just keep your under eye concealer unset and just tap it back in with your finger throughout the day if needed. I’ve used it since I was in high school but I’m still at a point in my life where I don’t have fine lines so that doesn’t mean too much yet. But if you use a different technique or just have different skin then I can’t say for sure.

When I apply the RCC to my under eyes I use a small amount and tap it in with my finger and don’t set it, so I don’t get a cakey look personally.
